Acceptable Use Policy
Scope
These rules apply to prompts, generated designs, uploaded photos, local placement and account activity. Use only content you are entitled to process. This adult-only service is for tattoo design references, not impersonation or medical advice.
Prohibited category 1: Pornography and NSFW
Do not submit or generate pornography, sexually explicit material, non-consensual intimate content or other NSFW content. Adult body photos used for tattoo placement must not be sexually explicit.
Prohibited category 2: Violence and gore
Do not submit or generate graphic violence, gore, threats, terrorist propaganda or material facilitating serious injury.
Prohibited category 3: Hate speech
Do not submit or generate hateful or discriminatory attacks, dehumanization, or encouragement of violence against protected groups.
Prohibited category 4: Child-unsafe content and CSAM
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized minors, exploitation of children and any content endangering children are strictly prohibited. This service is for adults only.
Prohibited category 5: Deepfakes and impersonation
Do not create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate real people, falsely claim endorsement, or violate privacy or publicity rights.
Prohibited category 6: Copyright and trademark infringement
Do not infringe copyright or trademarks, or request unlicensed reproductions of protected characters, logos or brands. You must have the permissions needed to process your inputs. AI output is not automatically rights-cleared.
Account and payment abuse
Do not bypass safety, payment or rate-limit controls; steal accounts; resell access; submit fraudulent payments; use bots to exhaust shared resources; or access another user’s private data.
Current controls and enforcement
Waffo screens prompts before generation, and only an explicit approval permits generation. Generation requests also enable the image provider’s NSFW-check option. Generated images also undergo SeeAPI NSFW screening before becoming available. Flagged images are withheld, and incomplete or failed checks never count as approval. This screening can make mistakes and does not cover every prohibited category or local Classic image. Reports are reviewed manually. We may restrict abusive access, remove stored content or refer suspected unlawful conduct to appropriate parties where warranted. Any account or credit action must remain proportionate and respect mandatory rights. Local files on your own device cannot be remotely removed by us.
Reports and appeals
Email toneychan2025@gmail.com with the subject “TatTryOn safety report” or “TatTryOn appeal”. Include a relevant page, job ID, description and the basis of a rights complaint. Do not resend illegal imagery, sensitive body photos, passwords or payment credentials. We review the information, investigate relevant records and explain the outcome where appropriate without exposing another person’s private data.
